Hi Robin - Thanks for the link; it will be of great help on a number
of "really should do" projects on this car. You're right - I might as well
remove and rebuild the column while I'm at it. Would be good to have the
horn working again. I'd be delighted to have you come around and have a
look at the car. There might even be some Guinness in the garage 'fridge.

Happy British Car Day,

 

It is the time of Year that the Club switches to our Winter Schedule

of having rides once a month on the third Saturday of each month.

 

So, that would make our next ride on next Saturday the 17th.

 

We also meet later, for some unknown reason,  during the Winter.

 

So, button up your overcoats, and meet at Bad Ass Coffee on the 17th

at 11am. Hope for sunny warm Sonoma County weather.

 

If weather becomes a problem sometimes we switch from Saturday to Sunday

so do your yoga and stay flexible.

 

Unless of course someone has a better idea for a planned route.

 

Anytime anyone wants to organize a ride we can do another one. 

Doesn't have to be only once a month.

 

So, bring a full tank of gas, some sweaters or sweatshirts, your long johns,
a lunch and a chair

and meet at Bad Ass at 11am on the 17th!

roads can dry out and warm up.

Hope this is of interest. It is pretty low key. The old Cars and  
Coffee Martin Swig
did in Sausalito. Now it is in the big shopping center at Roland Ave.  
exit in Novato
in front of Starbucks. It will happen the first Sunday of each month.  
Last turnout was
40 + cars without much notice. It should get better. Just show up  
walk around, talk
cars, get coffee if you want, or not. Everything shows up from  
restorations to works
in progress.

drive days are NOT Sundays, but Saturdays, as John Kenner noted a couple

OK with Trish and me, but I know at least Roland was counting on 11am, 
so if he doesn't see this email of the time change, he will drive up 
from Palo Alto to find an empty parking lot.
