[Nobbc] winter rides

I cast my vote with John.  Meet at 10:30, depart by 11.  The noon meeting time just breaks up the day too much for my tastes.

Dennis - you are correct. We normally moved the start time to noon, but I agree with you - 11am is better to give defrost time while not making for a really long day.
