[Nobbc] Tires

Last time I got tires, I got them from tire rack. They were shipped to 
Santa Rosa directly to Monroe tires and installed. They were Kumho not 
Vredestein but, as anyone who has chased after me will attest, they work 
quite well. I have been very satisfied with them and they were 
inexpensive to boot!
