I put Miata seats I my Elan.
You go to the junk yard and pick them up cheap,$175 for the pair in my case,
and they come with the runners attached. you just drill some new holes and
bolt
them in and your done. You can usually get them with speakers in the
headrest
for better sound from your stereo too!

I looked at the photos on your website. You had a beautiful Spitfire! I'd
like to get some more info on the Miata seat conversion. I scrolled through
your photos and I saw a car that I have always wanted... a Triumph Italia.
That is IMHO one of the most beautiful cars ever built. Brilliant Italian
styling with British simplicity.
