[Nobbc] Shock Oil

I believe that motor oil will destroy the seals in the shocks, so 
best to use hydraulic oil.  You could it in Santa Rosa at North Coast 
Hydraulics where they rebuild hydraulic jacks, so have the stuff in bulk.
