Motorcycle shops sell shock oil in various weights, should be easy to find something suitable, Cycle Gear in Santa Rosa would be a good bet

Hello all,

I would like to breath some new life into my rear lever type shocks on my TR
4. Moss Motors would like to sell me a bottle of special shock oil for $20. I
plan to replace the shocks at a later date and don't want to buy something of
which I will use a few ounces and then leave sitting for the rest of my life.
Anybody out there know what kind of oil I can use for this purpose?
