[Nobbc] Update on Emissions Bill A.B. 616

hey if worst comes to worst get a colorado p.o. box.-
they dumped the smog laws here last year-new cars old cars whatever-think it 
was decided that smog checks and laws were more of a hassle than the money 
they generated for the politicos.
no smog checks for anything-
also cars over 25 years you pay 125 bucks for 5 years registration-
not a bad thing.-
of course-things could change in the future but that,s where it stands for 
now.-
of course the state population is less than the bay area alone.(aprox. 2.4 
mill best i know-most on the front range and of course denver metro..)
