[Mini] source of low volume fuel meters?

Does anyone know of a source of fuel meters that would work for 10
litres or 2 gallons per hour? looking to measure fuel consumption on a
system setup with a return to the tank, thus need to measure the  two
to get mpg.

Running to empty is not an option neither is the crappy mini fuel gauge

No CANBUS to interrogate so what do you think?

I had considered trying to hook up the ancilliaries from an older
injection car like a Ford Orion which had an mpg readout BUT it might
be via some other method

Any help appreciated
