<div style="color:black;font: 10pt Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">MGA workshop manual section S.6.  If you don't have one you can find one at MGA guru.  You have to remove the rear splah panel to access the bolts between it and the bumper.  If the car is very complete and is trimmed behind the seats you will have to remove the trim to access one last bolt that is installed from the inside.
