is a bit of lost motion in the damper piston where it allows the piston to rise
easily a very small amount before the damper starts acting. I've found
this effect is greater in my HIFs than the HSs. If you mean cylinder head
valves sticking I'd expect that to be more noticeable from the exhaust and
