On the LH overdrives, there are two types – the black label and the blue label. Are these interchangeable? I have a 1972 OD transmission (dipstick) but the OD is the newer blue label. They could not replace the clutch disk so opted to just fit this blue label OD on – which does not work currently. That was their fix after the transmission sat in their shop for several years so they didn’t charge me for it.
