use a non-vented oil filler cap. The rocker cover should have a port on
the back connected to the charcoal canister.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>The tank should also have a non-vented cap, and be
connected to the charcoal canister via a separation tank and hoses.</FONT></DIV>

when they shouldn't, i.e. you do have a vacuum leak, as you would if any of the
