I do match the description as I was once an official Eudora representative/expert of sorts and we did exchange some Eudora related emails - back in the late 90s. However, after I started working as a systems administrator in higher education about 11 years ago, I was running an enterprise Exchange system and had to switch to Outlook and haven't used Eudora since then.
