That elbow is just pressed in. Can be twisted out. Take it out and tap
the hole. I'd use a BSPP tap. A BSPP plug which takes a copper washer
can be used to make a professional looking job. If the manifold is on the
engine fill the tap with grease to catch the chips.
More work, nice looking fix.
