[Mgs] How to block this orifice

This engine, once upon a time, had a weber.  The manifolds and carburettors have been switched out.  This manifold came from a later, pollution equipped car.  Bad choice on my part but at the time I didn't know better

As you can see, there is crank case ventilation going on.  

I need to stop this hole.  The bolt in the hose will work for now but I need a prettier permanent solution.
