[Mgs] Distributor woes

Well, one definitely could remove the distributor everytime the points are
replaced, but that honestly seems like overkill to me.

I simply use painters tape over the openings and a magnetic screwdriver.
Maybe I am living dangerously, but I have changed many sets of points over
the last 50 years and never needed to remove the distributor to do so.
