[Mgs] Ridiculous nw cars

One of the advantages of having multiple cars with different gear selector
locations, different pedals, manual gearboxes, automatics, and Tiptronic
padels, etc., is that when I drive these cars I have to THINK about
driving. That makes me also acutely aware of the road and surrounding
traffic!
