[Mgs] bad clutch or?

59 mga, sat for 3 years.  Runs nicely now.  

 

Fine if you start in neutral

 

If you start in any gear it starts creeping, even with clutch in

 

Before I pull engine and tran to replace clutch, is it possible that they
are rusted together?  maybe there is a way to unfreeze the clutch and
pressure plate?
