[Mgs] Engine setup questions

Firstly, 18GK did originally use HS carbs, AUD 465 with AAL needles.

Secondly 18GK engines used evaporative loss control and should use a non-vented oil filler cap.  The rocker cover should have a port on the back connected to the charcoal canister.

The tank should also have a non-vented cap, and be connected to the charcoal canister via a separation tank and hoses.

If either of those caps are vented then they will let air in when they shouldn't, i.e. you do have a vacuum leak, as you would if any of the hoses are leaking.
