[Mgs] Cold air filter

Can't comment on this one (except for the price!) but I ducted cold air to 
the filter with a length of plastic tubing on a single-carb A-series in the 
70s and felt sure it made a difference to the performance.  Small, and worth 
nowhere near what that costs.
