[Mgs] Vacuum Leak

My 66 B has been sitting for 3 years and I have been working for about six weeks to get her back on the road. I drained the fuel tank and flushed the fuel system with Seafoam. The fuel filter has been replaced as well as the rubber fuel lines. New battery installed. She cranks but runs very roughly. If you cover about 3/4 of the front carb air intake, the car runs beautifully. I have replaced the six gaskets between the carb, spacer, heat shield and intake manifold, but no change. I assume that I should next replace the manifold gasket?? Where else could air be leaking in?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions. Compression is good and I have good fire to all cylinders.
