[Mgs] LBC Valuation in Divorce

Using anyone EXCEPT a professional appraiser leaves you open to claims of
"He's your buddy, so he low-balled the estimate."
Use a professional appraiser or sell the car.
Selling the car is a bit drastic, but it does establish the value.
