[Mgs] List meltdown?

Dear listers,

 

For some weeks now I experience to receive almost not posts from the list.

As I've checked this with fellow lister Paul Hunt, there are more listers
suffering of the same issue.

A request to fix this via regular channels did not help.

Is there anyone, who can fix this?
