Moyers fuel tank repair in PA - best in the business. No axe to grind just very impressed with tanks they have done for me.  One could drink out of them after they do their stuff!

  I would be wary of using a tank sealer what with the gas out there. I would instead use a thick glob of black POR15, if it is just on a seam.
