[Mgs] Removal of smog equipment and ply bushings

On the bushings question, I would avoid the V8 bushings if you plan  
on keeping the car.  Rubber or poly bushings don't rust to the spindles.

Once I learned that lesson I've been very happy with (red) poly  
bushings everywhere.
