[Mgs] seeking a camshaft

I've got, IIRC an Elgin "RV" or "cheater grind" cam gathering dust in my
parts department. As I recall it was something along the lines of stock
lift and duration, but a bit steeper attack so it flowed just a little
better than stock. I was seeing 75 HP to the ground in my BGT with it.
The new incarnation of the motor, waiting to go into the car has a
special grind to go with the supercharger.
