[Mgs] Hazard blinkers at half speed

Another point to look at is the hazard and blinker circuit are connected 
centrally at the hazard circuit.
My USA spec 71 BGT sometimes does not want to blink or almost.
Then flicking the hazard switch on/off several times will clean the contacts 
again and it all works for some time.

This trick works for over 11 years now very well.
