[Mgs] MG cursor

Copy the cursor to your Windows/Cursors folder.
Go into Control Panel and double-click Mouse.
Click the Pointers Tab.
Click on the cursor you want to replace from the list.
Click on browse and select the new MG cursor you copied before.
Click OK and close any windows you opened.

The above is for W7. XP should be very similar.
