Frank,
A competent local locksmith should be able to rebuild it, or you can buy a new
switch from one of the suppliers.

Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to carefully disassemble and rebuild one of
the older ignition switches, but I wouldn't pull one of the later switches
apart myself.
