The vin is GHNL 2106402. According to the Moss Catalog, its a MK2.

Powder coated frame with body mounted, rebuilt engine which has run 
correctly a while ago, tran, new seals in rear end, rebuilt shocks, 
brakes, new paint on body (red). Wire wheel car. Have upholstery kit.

Now perhaps someone has an idea of fair value, selling on ebay.
