[Mgs] Overdrive does not work when it is hot

That's very intriguing, I understood that the switch just had a very small 
'nub' operated by the remote control rods, and it was the rods that 
determine whether you get OD in 3rd and 4th or 4th only.  What car did the 
old gearbox come from?  Is the gearbox in the car from elsewhere?
