[Mgs] rocker threads causing problems now Torque wrenches

This is very strange.  I took my click Craftsman wrench, 4 yrs old, 
to the store and told them it did not seem to match the reading of a 
beam torque wrench , no ?s or ! ,  they just replaced it with a new 
one from the rack.
I guess it depends on the store and sales person.
