[Mgs] MGB maintenance after 3+ years not driving?

Must be the time of year...me too. I have a 1974.5 CBB that has sat in 
my driveway for 3 years (mostly because my 76 is running well) and my 
goal is to have it running this year. I'm with Mark. Suggestions???
