Kingsborne was an aftermarket re-seller of many items for British 
cars. They imported many sourced-from-OE manufacturers as well. If 
you mean the metal one, if it's not the identical to original, it is 
very close. We used to sell them to the BMC dealers, back in the day.

If there's a Concours spec, I don't know.
