And Phil, as I was going to say the other day prior
to being side-tracked by work [thank G**], that
pipe IS "under pressure" every time the radiator
cap reaches it's rating and OPENS [with a BURST
of PRESSURE].  Short lived I will admit, but to say
that the pipe is NOT "under pressure" IS incorrect.
