[Mgs] Ultimate "top down" cap?

Sorry, but toque refers to a whole plethora of woolen hats as it has 
been bandied around for many centuries.  The Navy probably never 
bothered to find the right name and "stocking caps" may have sounded 
sexy.  So Stocking Caps are still toques (or tuques in Canada)
