Having rewired a car with a conversion I would say pull everything so that 
basically you only need a fuel and a power connection, so that is all the 
fuel, ignition and control systems.  You will also need the fuel pump, a 
return pipe, and a swirl pot in the tank, and those are just the bits I know 
about.
