[Mgs] New Wiring Harness

A total re-wire is rather drastic, IMHO. But if you're up for it...

I would recommend keeping the wiring harness out where you can inspect it.
Running it through the sills seems like a bad idea on several counts
(introduces openings for rust invasion, wires may abrade on unseen internal
components, tracing faults becomes more difficult, fire extinguisher cannot
reach, etc.).

If you're near Mountain View, CA,
it's the primer red one with chrome wires

(just had a wiring meltdown, but it was out where I could repair it easily)
