[Mgs] [MG-MGB] More seatbelt questions

Backin the days of the shoulder belt on a track, late 80s. Rumors spread that,
the way the cars were designed with the submarine bolster, and  that your
knees would go into the bottom of the dash, and you'd be better off without
the lap belt.

I almost believed it back then, seems pretty stupid now.
