They both look flat to me, in fact isn't that why he is looking at the right 
rear i.e. all four flat?  The wheels would have to be in a groove for the 
rim to be that close to the tarmac from the camera's angle, and they don't 
extend as far as the car behind, i.e. can't simply be camber.
