A long time ago we went in a caravan to the Celis Brewery but it has closed
down as far as I know.  Miller bought it out and now owns the Celis name.
They let us drink every type they had for free.  It was funny to see the
swerving caravan going back to Salado.

i'm trying to find the restaurant/mini brewery outside of austin that we
went
to for the spring GOF a few years ago.  anyone know it?  or who led us
there?
was it Don from Tyler?
