[Mgs] Wheel nuts

A friend bought a '76 MGB with Rostyle wheels and wheel locks and....no 
key.  The locking wheel nut has 3 grooves on the outside of the nut 
running the long axis of the nut.  The grooves are spaced a specific 
distance apart and accept a keyed socket to remove the nut.  So if one 
doesn't have a key how does one remove the nut?  The rib of the wheel 
won't allow a grip type wrench.  A cut off wheel won't get to the taper 
of the nut.  Is there a place to purchase a key?
