[Mgs] batteries and starting

I had an MGB that was not used for 2-4 months (can't remember
exactly), and the battery would not hold any charge. However, I
charged and discharged the battery over a period of a couple of weeks
and it actually recovered capacity. I continued to use that battery
for a couple of years.
