He employs a guy I used t race with as his manager - Bernard Juchli - and I  
believe has several staff to manage the restoration and maintenance. I'd do 
the  same thing if I had the means.  It is my understanding that he also turns a 
 wrench whenever the mood strikes him.
 
 
Bernard used to race on the west coats, notably with one of the fastest E  
types we have seen!
