[Mgs] GT Rear Window Louvers

They weren't so "naff" on the Lamborghini Miura, or the Bertone Carabo, but
by the time they appeared on Boss Mustangs, 240Zs, Honda Civics, and even
the unfortunate Mustang II, the concept was a little tired.

Anyway, I don't think sunlight entering the rear window is the major heat
source inside the GT cockpit...

Now I need to know -- what's a "chav"?
