Subject: [Mgs] MGs in films
Watching "The Worlds Fastest Indian" a 2006 dramatisation of the true story of
New Zealander Burt Munro and his much modified Indian Scout at Bonneville in
the 60s, I noticed a brief glimpse of an MGB on a trailer parked at the side
of the road in Wendover. Red with a white hardtop and other markings it made
me think of the works MGBs, and freeze-framing it found the registration was 8
DBL, which was indeed a works car from the period being portrayed. How
authentic is that!?
