[Mgs] Trans drain plug leak

Fellow Listers;

First of all, thanks to all who responded about the clutch slave cylinder bleeder screw location.  I got that all sorted out this afternoon and bled the entire system.

This work leads me to another question.  I've noticed that my trans (4 sp ) has pretty much always leaked from the drain plug.  The design of the plug does not allow for any gasket.  I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this type of leak...or is this just one of the nuances of the MGB?
