[Mgs] Close but no cigar

I did an all-day thrash yesterday to try to get the MG back together before
the big storm hit (this is with new cam, tappets, timing chain and
sprockets, and cylinder head). I actually had it all buttoned up and ready
to fire by around 4:30, when I discovered the battery was dead (should have
anticipated that). So the battery is on the charger while I watch the rain
....sigh.
