[Mgs] 'Real' MGB GT V8 in USA on eBay

This is certainly a rarity in the US.  Wonder what it would it cost to 
convert to LHD, assuming it can be done?  Some of the pieces could be found 
on US spec Bs I would guess.  But not the dashboard- could those pieces be 
obtained from the UK?  Anyone know?
