You don't really think any corporation is just going to pay that tax do
you?  It will be loop holed, tax credited, covered via downsizing, or
passed on to the consumer. It doesn't much matter which line you get in,
if there is a tax, the people will be the ones paying it.  The
corporations are profitable for a reason.
